Sit Down Cross Legs Link Arms

At the centre of this one-evening project at CCA is Europa and the Bull, a script for a radio play written by the artist based on a coming of age moment from a childhood experience. Sit Down Cross Legs Link Arms explores European identity, Disneyfication of memory, criminality and narrative structures and brings together elements developed over the last 12 months through the Arts Council of Northern Ireland ACES scheme in conjunction with the CCA. The project is accompanied by an essay by Finnish artist/curator Jussi Koitela.
