Seminar at Copenhagen Art Festival
Co-Directors Aileen Burns and Johan Lundh have been invited to organise a seminar during Copenhagen Art Festival around their forthcoming publication on Saturday, October 13th. Building on Burns and Lundh's exhibition Terms of Belonging, which was presented at Overgaden ICA last autumn, the book will feature commissioned texts by Mikkel Bolt Rasmussen, Erlend Hammer, Brian Holmes, Nina Möntmann, Merijn Oudenampsen, and Rebecka Thor.
In August the Copenhagen Art Festival launched an ambitious programme of contemporary art on the theme of ‘communities’, with works by more than forty established and emerging artists from Denmark and around the world. The Festival consists of exhibitions and public Programmes in central Copenhagen, as well as a range of art projects in public spaces around the city centre. For more information, see Copenhagen Art Festival’s website.
