We are delighted to share with you our School’s Programme workshop for the exhibition Deferral | Echo by artist Kwok Tsui. Artist educator Sarah McNabb developed an activity for the children. Sarah visited the exhibition and focussed on ideas of colour, shape and family or friends who are far away.

Following a tour of the exhibition, Sarah asked the children to reflect on Kwok's work and produce their own design for a hand-printed card. After drawing their shapes on foam, they were cut out and glued onto card. The children used black paint and a roller to print their design onto their card. Each producing a card with a message for a loved one. A big thank you to the schools for being part of this activity and to the children for all their hard work.
