Standing, for the second time in my life, on the platform of Edale train station in the heart of the Peak District, I hoped that walking all the way to Scotland might make me a Walking Artist. This was me, leaning into my fear that one day I might run out of ideas. If only I had been able to identify my working methods, maybe it would not have come to this.

Recently completed MA Fine Art at UWE, Bristol, where the work has focused on or stemmed from the connections between language, place, and identity. Walking, spoken word, and drawing have emerged as the dominant outcomes of these interests.
